Charles E. “Chuck” Jones, Funeral Director- Owner- Chuck was born in Greenwood, South Carolina, the son of a Southern Baptist Minister, he was raised in parsonages across the state. He is a 1982 graduate of Crescent High School in Iva,SC and a 1987 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta,Ga. He and his wife Erin moved to Ahoskie in November of 2007. He is co-owner of the funeral home and has four daughters, Katie, Kourtney, Kerri and Peyton and one granddaughter Kyleigh Grace.

J. Wayne Fairless, Funeral Director- Wayne was born in Hertford County on April 9, 1957 and has spent his entire life in the area. He is a 1975 graduate of Ahoskie High School and attended East Carolina University. He has worked with Garrett Funeral Home since 1977 and received his funeral directors license in 2005. He is currently enrolled at Fayetteville Tech and is working toward his Associates Degree in Funeral Service.
